About the Practice
We are the top outpatient Urology group in the Atlanta area and are hiring an Advanced Practice Provider for our Fayetteville clinic. Our practice is known for exceptional patient care, strong physician support, and a positive team culture.
Schedule and Work Environment
This is an outpatient only position with a predictable daytime schedule. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There is no call and no weekend work required.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Physician Assistant with two or more years of experience. We will also consider a very strong new graduate Physician Assistant who is highly motivated and open to building a career in urology. Nurse Practitioners will be considered if they are Acute Care certified in order to assist with rounding. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient focused, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting.
Training and Support
Our physicians are highly supportive of the APP team and provide monthly training sessions focused on urology specific topics. New providers receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing education to ensure long term success.

Credentialing
Credentialing typically takes six to eight weeks. Providers may begin onboarding prior to full credentialing completion.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary plus a performance bonus. Benefits include a 401k retirement plan, 19 days of paid time off per year, and an additional four hours of PTO for weekend on call coverage if applicable. There are seven paid holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Additional benefits include a 2500 CME allowance available after six months of employment with three paid CME days, 200 per year for professional membership dues, coverage of professional license renewal and recertification fees, medical malpractice insurance, and a cell phone reimbursement of 20 dollars per month.
