Occupational Therapist (2 Openings)
Location: Conyers, GA
Schedule: Full Time, 5x8 hour shifts (Monday through Friday)

• Outpatient Occupational Therapist (Full Time)
• Inpatient Occupational Therapist (Full Time)

Position Details:
Outpatient OT:
• Patient population includes post operative hip, knee, and shoulder cases
• Weekend Warrior injuries.
• Some geriatric patients
Inpatient OT:
• Acute care hospital setting
• Patient population includes post surgical cases, stroke rule outs, and deconditioned patients
Responsibilities (Both Roles):
• Evaluate and treat patients based on individual needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient centered care and teamwork
