Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management (Rockingham, NC)
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, patient-centered pain management practice with multiple locations across North Carolina. Our team specializes in advanced spine and joint care using cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments and integrated care models.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Educate and counsel patients on treatment options and preventive care
- Manage your own patient panel with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–12:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 (based on experience)
- Full-time, outpatient setting
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina NP license
- BLS certification and NPI number required
- Open to new graduates and experienced NPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
