Overview
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist to own deployment outcomes from early pilots through enterprise-scale rollouts.
This is a client-embedded role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technology. You don’t operate from the sidelines—you’re in the room, working directly with client teams and engineers to ensure solutions solve the right problems and deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Client Deployment Ownership
- Own end-to-end deployment outcomes from pilot through scaled rollout
- Lead discovery to identify high-impact use cases and define success metrics
- Build and execute deployment roadmaps grounded in real operational constraints
Strategy to Execution
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, actionable plans
- Align stakeholders across operations, product, and executive leadership
- Drive adoption and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes
Execution & Delivery
- Run workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews
- Synthesize business needs into structured plans and prioritized workstreams
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and shifting priorities without losing momentum
- Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and engineering teams
AI-Native Workflow
- Use AI tools as a core part of how you operate—planning, analysis, and delivery
- Evaluate AI agents and workflows for real-world client use cases
- Build AI-augmented deliverables and workflows that increase speed and quality
- Distinguish real capability from surface-level or “demo” solutions
What You Bring
Experience
- 5 years in a client-facing role (consulting, strategy, solutions, or delivery)
- Experience leading implementations, enterprise deployments, or transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate and influence complex organizations
AI Fluency
- Hands-on experience using AI tools daily across research, writing, analysis, and planning
- Ability to evaluate AI tools critically and apply them in real workflows
- Experience designing AI-enabled processes or systems is a strong plus
Problem Solving
- Strong analytical thinking—able to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans
- Comfortable working with data to drive decisions and recommendations
Communication
- Ability to build trust quickly with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Clear, direct communicator who can simplify complex topics
- Comfortable being opinionated and adjusting based on new information
Technical Acumen
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and AI/ML concepts
- Able to engage in technical conversations and identify gaps in deployment plans
