We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to be the face of our brewery. As our Host, you’ll be the first person guests interact with, setting the tone for their entire experience. You’ll welcome guests warmly, explain our unique concept and how we operate, and direct them to the right place (bars, merchandise, food, events, etc.). This role is all about energy, positivity, and making people feel at home. 

Essential Functions

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a smile and a welcoming attitude.
• Explain our brewery’s concept and guide guests through how service works.
• Direct guests to seating, bars, private events, or activities as needed.
• Provide basic information about our beers, cocktails, food, and upcoming events.
• Keep entry and greeting areas organized, clean, and inviting.
• Support special events and promotional activities as the “face” of the brewery.
• Work closely with the management and service team to ensure smooth guest flow.

Qualifications:

• Cheerful, bubbly, and outgoing personality — not afraid to strike up conversations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay upbeat and professional in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to jump in where needed 
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative attitude
• Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, strong multi-tasking & organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
• Food and beer knowledge preferred

Physical Demands

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
