· Manage a portfolio of projects under the umbrella of QC Reliability, including both in-flight initiatives and new projects as they are scoped
· Provide strong boots-on-the-ground project leadership, while also translating technical and operational progress into executive-level updates
· Partner cross-functionally across QC, Operations, and Business Excellence teams to ensure seamless integration and timely project delivery
· Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, project updates, and communications tailored to senior leadership
· Balance day-to-day tactical management with forward-looking portfolio oversight, ensuring risks, dependencies, and interconnections are identified and managed

· Strong technical understanding of QC operations or related functions (analytical, process, or quality roles)
· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver polished updates and executive-level messaging.
· Strong portfolio management mindset, able to oversee multiple interconnected initiatives under a broader strategic program
