What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Projects (Contract) position at Eliassen Group?
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact enterprise initiatives across mobile, messaging, and connectivity programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong product strategy & delivery, executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for driving strategic outcomes.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Align project delivery with broader strategic goals and business initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and orchestrate results to achieve program-level objectives
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, success metrics, and risk mitigation plans
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure satisfaction across internal and external partners
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and delivery timelines
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and internal processes impacting program success
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or Equivalent Experience, and certifications helpful but not required
- 5–10 years of enterprise-level project/program, and/or product management experience
- Proven ability to present and communicate effectively with VP, GVP, and SVP-level stakeholders including running weekly project meetings
- Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership
- Background in Product/Software Development or Business Analysis
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence/Chalk, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience in mobile technologies is a plus
- This team interfaces with hundreds of stakeholders across a high-level business unit, requiring strong relationship-building and adaptability.
