Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute database migrations, upgrades, and integrations with attention to performance and stability.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to data integrity, downtime, and technical dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers and DBAs to deliver milestones.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Drive execution excellence and maintain operational stability across phases.
- Coordinate platform integration activities within larger transformation programs.
- Prepare and deliver clear communications and executive-level presentations.
- 8 years as a Project Manager focused on database and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing platform integration or large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and cloud database technologies.
- Knowledge of data integration concepts and patterns.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive risk identification and issue resolution capabilities.
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
- Track record of execution excellence and delivery stability.
Salary : $60 - $65
