Quality Control Tech | Dry Food Packaging and Dry Blending

They're committed to delivering high-quality products that meet strict customer specifications. Position OverviewWe are looking for a Quality Technician who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role is essential to maintaining product quality and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the packaging process.This position is ideal for individuals with experience in warehouse inventory, or other roles involving counting and paperwork. Key ResponsibilitiesVerify product codes before line startup.Perform routine line checks (e.g., weights, speed, labels).Monitor and maintain quality standards during production.Accurately complete and submit daily production reports.Fill out quality documents, pallet tickets, and reconciliations for each work order.Pull product samples as required by customer QC procedures.Communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams.Lead by example and support peers in maintaining quality standards. Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in quality assurance or manufacturing is a plus.Related experience in roles such as warehouse inventory support is beneficial.RequirementsAbility to stand or walk for most of the shift.Must be able to pass E-VerifyCapable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Basic math skills and be BilingualHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.Company DescriptionWe're the highest rated staffing company in California and have vast experience specializing in warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, and food industry labor.
