Work Schedule |
During the Fall and Spring semesters, this position is scheduled for 25 hours per week: Monday through Thursday from 12:00-5:00 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Occasional shifts from 2:00-7:00 p.m. may be required based on departmental needs. During the Summer, hours follow ECC's summer schedule (Monday-Thursday, closed Fridays), with the 25-hour work week distributed accordingly. |

Rate of Pay: |
This is a Part-Time Support Staff position at grade 9, with an hourly pay rate of $16.64 to $19.18. The offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable. Benefits:

Job Summary: |
An employee in this classification performs work of routine difficulty by providing clerical and administrative support to Student Access & Disability Services. Work is distinguished by the ability to perform well defined, semi-routine functions with supervision and requires basic technical knowledge of the department. General supervision is received from the assigned manager. |

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. |

1. Some knowledge in using databases, including enterprise-wide databases (e.g. Datatel). |
