Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in commercial and industrial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with LEED certification processes and sustainable construction practices.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.
- Advanced knowledge of contract negotiation and claims management.
