We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Support Engineer who combines deep technical troubleshooting skills with strong customer communication in both English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support implementation and post-deployment environments for enterprise customers, helping solve advanced technical issues while partnering across support, development, and project teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting complex issues across Linux, VoIP, networking, and applications
- Supporting English- and Spanish-speaking customers in technical environments
- Assisting with implementations and integrations across contact center platforms
- Partnering with development teams on escalated issues and product improvements
- Creating documentation and contributing to process improvements
Required Skills
Candidates should have experience with:
- Linux administration
- Cisco/VoIP technologies and TCP/IP networking
- Bash scripting and SQL
- Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud concepts
- Advanced technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
You should also bring strong customer-facing communication skills, independent judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Participation in an on-call rotation is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting or customer-facing technical experience
- Additional scripting or programming languages
- Experience with major cloud platforms or advanced virtualization technologies
