What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work on complex technical challenges in customer environments, supporting implementations, troubleshooting advanced issues, and partnering with development teams to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Advanced troubleshooting across Linux systems, VoIP, networking, and applications
- Supporting customer implementations and integrations in complex environments
- Collaborating with development teams to resolve escalated issues
- Building technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge resources
- Contributing to process improvements that increase quality and efficiency
Required Skills
We’re looking for someone with strong technical depth and a customer-focused mindset, including experience with:
- Linux administration
- Cisco/VoIP technologies and TCP/IP networking
- Bash scripting and SQL
- Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud concepts
- Advanced problem-solving in complex support environments
You should also bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities independently in a collaborative remote environment. Participation in an on-call rotation is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting or customer-facing technical experience
- Additional scripting or programming languages
- Experience with major cloud platforms or advanced virtualization technologies
