Role Description
As a Client Advisor // Stylist, you will:
• Deliver personalized styling experiences rooted in the four pillars.
Hospitality is non-negotiable: every client should be offered our in-store hospitality services
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through authentic relationships.
Celebrate your clients’ special moments with thoughtful, personalized outreach that show genuine care.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while representing Eleventy’s aesthetic.
• Collaborate with your team to create an inviting, inspiring store environment.
• Support in-store events and experiences that deepen client engagement.

Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, including the ability to stay updated on trends and provide expert advice tailored to individual customer needs.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Sales experience with a proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business success.
- Proficiency in handling luxury apparel and understanding high-end fashion standards.
- Attention to detail, team collaboration skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in retail fashion or luxury brands is preferred but not mandatory.
