This position is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles. Only candidates open to being in office will be considered.

Job Description

• Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.
• Conducting web research/searches.
• Screening applicant resumes.
• Conducting pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.
• Resume formatting.
• Performing reference checks.
• Soliciting new clients.
• Cold-calling.
• Candidate relationship building and management.
• Participate in networking events.
• Read training materials and participate in training exercises.
