Responsibilities:
- Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.
- Conducting web research/searches
- Screening applicant resumes
- Conducting pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom
- Resume formatting
- Performing reference checks
- Soliciting new clients
- Cold-calling
- Candidate relationship building and management
- Participate in networking events
- Read training materials, participate in training exercises
Qualifications:
- 1 year of work experience, ideally in Technology and Sales
- You thrive in an environment where you're surrounded by people
