Position Purpose

• Work to execute once in a lifetime experiences for guests by anticipating guest needs, tailoring service to guest preferences, and exceeding expectations
• Work alongside all staff to ensure that the Eleven product is delivered to the highest operational standards
• Support the Managers and Assistant Managers in daily operations and leadership of staff
• Support the business operations team by assisting with projects relating to the Opera, monthly inventories, and staff support and training on the systems
• Support Eleven global operations by continuing to clarify the Eleven product, structure standard operating procedures, and support other operations as necessary
• Work to further the Eleven product by questioning operational norms, proposing solutions, and striving to innovate and streamline the Eleven operation in Colorado

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Lead by personal example and inspire the Lodge Staff to deliver at the highest level
• Assist in managing Lodge Staff when appropriate by delegating tasks, sharing performance feedback, leading meetings, performing on the ground training, or by any other means necessary
• Thoroughly and professionally communicate with all team members in person, or by email, text and telephone
• Collaborate on seasonal training agendas and strategies for all staff that clearly outline daily duties, expectations, and that detail how to successfully operate the lodge
• Manage vendor relationships, order products from multiple sources, input into proper software and manage lodge amenity and food and beverage inventories
• Lead with monthly inventories and lodge purchasing needs
• Assist in on the ground support for front desk operations utilizing systems like Opera and Agylisis
• Drive the Eleven Colorado team forward in standardizing and documenting the Eleven product by assessing areas that need definition, creating standard operating procedures, keeping the seasonal Google Drive folder up to date and updating checklists in EFO
• Hold staff accountable to complete checklists in EFO and complete all assigned checklists in EFO
• Lead front desk responsibilities including, check in, check out and guest billing.
• Assist the Experience Team with itinerary building once a guest is on site.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word etc)
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Gmail etc)
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• TIPS Certified

Preferences

• Familiar with Opera (PMS) and Micros (POS) systems
• Extensive knowledge of the Crested Butte and Gunnison County area
• Leader
• Ability to navigate and understand new software systems
• Quick and confident problem-solving skills

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding atmosphere

Special Position Requirements

• Travel to other Eleven locations as needed
• Due to the potential for early mornings or late evenings, having a personal vehicle is preferred

Work Requirements

• Clean and current driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
