Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our client's dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves operating various machinery and tools to fabricate and assemble products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assemble components on the production line, following detailed specifications and safety protocols.
- Fabricate parts as required, utilizing hand tools and mechanical knowledge to achieve precise results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Experience working on an assembly line or similar production environment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
