Duties
- Answering phones and providing customer support to internal and external customers
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments seamlessly
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication with clients and colleagues
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical work demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent typing speed along with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documents
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required
