Role Description The Landscape Crew Leader (Mowing) is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN. This role oversees a mowing crew, ensuring daily schedules are followed and properties are serviced efficiently and safely. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating and directing the use of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn equipment; monitoring quality standards; and providing guidance and training to crew members. The Crew Leader communicates with supervisors about job progress, equipment needs, and any issues on site, and is responsible for basic equipment checks and minor maintenance. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence at all times.

- Reliable transportation to Knoxville, TN job sites and ability to work full-time, with flexibility for seasonal schedules.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical skills for routine equipment inspections and minor repairs are beneficial.
- Previous experience in a landscape leadership role and familiarity with commercial and residential properties are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred for operating company vehicles.
