What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sign Language Interpreter position at Elevation Healthcare?
We are looking for a American Sign Language Interpreter for a position near Port Angeles, WA. This opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year and will be eligible for renewal if desired. Compensation for this position is lucrative and negotiable and pays significantly more than a traditional school-based role. All applicants must be a licensed ASL Interpreter (3.5 EIPA Certified). Requirements:
Washington Teaching License/Certification (ESA)
Bachelor's degree in ASL or similar
EIPA Certification (3.5 or higher)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Collaborative skills in working with staff, students, and families
Excellent skills in assessment, data collection, and interpretation
Demonstration of high ethical standards
