Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN School-Based Opportunity
Greenwood, South Carolina Area | 2026–2027 School Year
Elevation Healthcare is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN school-based opportunity in the Greenwood, South Carolina area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
This opportunity primarily serves students in grades K3–4, with possible services extending into grades 5–12. The caseload is very manageable, and the district is offering flexible scheduling and hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services within the school setting
- Complete evaluations and reevaluations as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
- Support students’ physical access, mobility, and participation within the educational environment
Requirements
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist licensure/certification
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
