Occupational Therapist – Lexington, South Carolina Area
2026–2027 School Year
Elevation Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist to join a school district team in the Lexington, South Carolina area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
All applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a South Carolina Occupational Therapy license.

Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students to determine functional needs within the educational setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and school participation skills
