2026–2027 School Year
Elevation Healthcare is currently seeking qualified and passionate Special Education Teachers to join school district teams in the Greenwood, South Carolina area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
All applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, South Carolina Special Education teaching certification/licensure along with an SC Educator Certificate.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet each student’s unique needs
- Provide instruction across a variety of subjects while adapting teaching methods to support diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student progress and interventions
- Foster a positive, supportive, and structured classroom environment
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student documentation and progress monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education
- South Carolina Special Education certification/licensure or eligibility to obtain certification
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
