Duties
- Safely operate Class B passenger vehicles such as limousines and party buses, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, assisting with boarding, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the trip.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, performing routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering client preferences and traffic conditions to deliver timely service.
- Communicate clearly with passengers, dispatchers, and team members using effective English language skills to coordinate pickups and drop-offs smoothly.
- Handle any unforeseen situations calmly and professionally, including addressing customer concerns or vehicle issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of trips, vehicle inspections, and maintenance logs in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, including bus driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles that demonstrate reliability and professionalism.
- Mechanical knowledge of motor coaches, limousines, or similar passenger vehicles is highly desirable for routine maintenance checks.
- Prior paratransit or school bus driving experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle diverse passenger needs safely.
