We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations & Executive Virtual Assistant to work directly with the founder of multiple businesses (restaurant, transportation, Airbnb, and services).
This role is NOT just task-based. Your main responsibility is to help organize chaos, document processes, and build systems so the businesses can run smoothly without constant founder involvement.
You will help turn daily tasks into clear SOPs, manage communications, organize tools, and act as a second brain to the founder.
This is a long-term role with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Document SOPs using Notion
- Turn Loom videos into step-by-step processes
- Manage inboxes and booking inquiries
- Organize Google Drive and business tools
- Manage daily tasks and priorities
- Assist with calendar, reminders, and follow-ups
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Help organize content and admin workflows
- Strong English (written & spoken)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience supporting founders or executives
- Comfortable working with messy systems
- Familiar with Notion, Google Workspace, Loom
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- CRM experience
- Basic marketing or content coordination
- Operations or project management background
- Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- $800 /month (based on experience)
