Now Hiring: Construction Consulting / Project Support (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Construction Consulting / Project Support professional to join our team full time and assist with day-to-day construction operations and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction workflows and can help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and tracking construction projects to ensure schedules and deadlines are met
• Review, read, and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and specifications
• Manage and respond to project-related emails and correspondence
• Prepare and review estimates, proposals, invoices, and change orders
• Communicate with clients regarding project status, timelines, and expectations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Assist with resolving project and job-related issues as they arise

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in construction, construction consulting, or project coordination preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and construction-related software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
