Your Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow
• Advance intellectual and physical development through hands-on, play-based activities
• Foster social-emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy
• Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning journey
• Work in well-run, responsive classrooms that adapts to the unique needs of every learner
• Demonstrate professionalism, modeling lifelong learning and a collaborative spirit
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
• Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred)
• Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children

• $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
• $500 salary increase every year you're with us! Plus an annual cost-of-living increase!

Schedule

• Our school is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• We can work with your schedule, offering early, late, or full-day shifts
• To be benefits eligible, you must be full-time (36 or more hours a week)
