Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Wentzville, MO. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and guiding Salesforce solutions tailored to organizational needs and objectives. Key responsibilities include developing system architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, creating scalable customizations, and ensuring seamless Salesforce integration with other systems. Documentation, stakeholder training, and providing technical support will also be integral to the role as you empower the organization through optimized Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, system design, and customization
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration, APIs, and related tools
- Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and project planning
- Experience in troubleshooting, quality assurance, and ensuring system scalability
- A deep understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data modeling
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect) are a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
