Accounting Specialist Overview
Elevate is looking for an Accounting Specialist to perform day-to-day transactional accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and other related reconciliations. This role will play a key part in ensuring tha accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Accounting Specialist Overview
Elevate is looking for an Accounting Specialist to perform day-to-day transactional accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and other related reconciliations. This role will play a key part in ensuring tha accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and proper documentation
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Enter invoices into accounting system and route for approval
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
- Generate and send customer invoices based on orders and contracts
- Apply customer payments (ACH, check, credit card) and maintain accurate AR data
- Monitor aging report and follow up on overdue accounts
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues or payment delays
- Maintain organized financial records for internal reviews and audits

- Education and/or Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in full cycle AP and AR
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency with NetSuite
- High attention to detail and accuracy to manage multiple priorities
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise, and impartial manner
- Ability to work independently
- *Annual Compensation Range: $55,000 - $68,000

Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
