Accounts Payable Manager - Overview
As Elevate continues to grow, we're seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and build the accounts payable function. This role will oversee Accounts Payable Specialists while establishing structure, processes, and controls to support scalable growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and expense processing.

Accounts Payable Manager - Overview
As Elevate continues to grow, we're seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and build the accounts payable function. This role will oversee Accounts Payable Specialists while establishing structure, processes, and controls to support scalable growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and expense processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations
- Supervise and develop Accounts Payable Specialists
- Build and refine AP processes, policies, and internal controls
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Monitor AP aging and resolve discrepancies or vendor issues
- Oversee Bill.com and Credit Card process and reconciliation
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Lead month-end AP close activities and accruals
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

- Education and/or Experience
- 4–8 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Prior experience building or improving AP processes strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency with NetSuite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Work independently.
