Staff Accountant – Blue Collar Services Company – Accelerate Your Career Under an Outstanding Finance Leader

After several years of strong growth, the organization’s accounting needs have become more complex, and the Director of Finance is ready to add a true hands-on accountant to the corporate accounting team. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the month-end close process for the corporate entity, including bank and credit card reconciliations, preparing and posting journal entries, and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Lead all fixed asset and lease accounting while partnering with leaders across the organization to maintain accurate records and ensure everything stays organized
• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller and Director of Finance to identify process improvements, implement new technologies, and help drive continued efficiencies across the accounting function
• Prepare detailed accounts receivable reporting and work closely with fellow accountants and internal teams to monitor outstanding balances and support timely collections
