Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing systems and construction details.
• Oversee construction estimating processes to develop accurate project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all job sites.
• Supervise on-site activities such as heavy lifting, installation of roofing materials, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, metal stud framing, masonry work, plumbing integration, welding tasks, tile laying, and restoration efforts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage procurement of materials including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, fabrication supplies, and other necessary equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating and managing commercial roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems along with general construction skills such as blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with various construction trades including carpentry (frame carpentry), drywall (metal stud framing), masonry, plumbing integration, welding, tile laying, stucco application, caulking techniques, and restoration work.
• Ability to operate or supervise the use of power tools and hand tools safely and effectively on construction sites.
• Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required on large-scale projects.
• Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in schematics interpretation and project documentation.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
