Position Overview
Elevate Outdoor Collective is in search of an experienced Ecommerce Analyst to join our Direct to Consumer team. The Ecommerce Analyst will play a crucial role in consolidating global reporting across various ecommerce platforms, including GA4, Meta platforms, email marketing, website platforms, and regional ERP systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Global DTC, this role requires a motivated professional who can establish structured processes for data-driven decision-making, with a focus on delivering superior consumer experience for each brand. An excel master with tableau experience is key to success for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop, consolidate, and maintain reporting across multiple digital and operational data sources.
- Define, track, and evolve KPIs to monitor business performance across brands and channels.
- Build scalable weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting processes.
- Create, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards in Tableau.
- Ensure data accuracy by validating inputs across systems and identifying discrepancies.
- Perform deep‑dive analyses to support performance evaluation, forecasting, customer insights, and operational improvements.
- Present findings with clear visualizations and narrative insights.
- Support recurring business cadences including business reviews and performance summaries.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and Brand teams to inform strategy and execution.
- Provide flexible support for competitive, pricing, or market research as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
- Self‑starter who can take ownership of projects and deliver results independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, statistics, economics or a similar field.
- SQL experience and familiarity with data modeling tools (e.g., DBT, Snowflake, Rivery) are a plus.
- Experience with performance marketing, digital product analytics, CRM, or ecommerce data.
- Experience developing automated reporting pipelines or dashboard frameworks.
- Interest in outdoor recreation and winter sports.
