EHC is currently looking for an Expeditor for a client in the Commerce, Ca area.Job Summary:The Expeditor will work with our Inside Sales & Purchasing team to create accurate and competitive quotes, provide follow-up and partnership to our established customer base, and assist sales team in product issues, expediting customer orders, vendor purchase orders and returns.Responsibilities:Dedicated support to answer or coordinate responses for all requests from the assigned customersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceBecome familiar and stay knowledgeable on our inventoryComply with inventory control procedures and RMAsEnter Quotes and Order and order verificationExpedite orders and incoming POs and Sales ordersAdvise sales of any changes on incoming POs and Sales ordersUpdate Sales orders with any changes to customer informationOther sales/expediting duties as assigned by managerRequired Skills & Abilities:Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to perform under pressureEducation & Experience:College degree preferredAt least two years of administrative experience is preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
