Position: LPN/RN Unit ManagerSchedule: Full-time
Location: Elevate Health and Rehab
Reports to: Director of Nursing
As an LPN/RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit — ensuring quality resident care, staff development, and compliance with facility standards. You’ll lead by example, fostering a supportive environment where excellence in care and teamwork thrive.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily nursing care delivery to residents.
Complete and review resident assessments upon admission, discharge, and as needed.
Monitor residents’ status and care through daily rounds.
Implement nursing policies and ensure compliance with care standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to address staff or family concerns.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.
Ensure accurate documentation for clinical and billing purposes.
Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Manage staffing needs and coordinate coverage during absences or shortages.
Track and analyze trends in resident care to drive proactive improvements.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
1–3 years of nursing experience (supervisory experience preferred).
Active CPR certification required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
