The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This full-time position offers a unique schedule of four 10-hour shifts each week (Friday-Monday), giving you three consecutive days off every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday while making a meaningful impact on resident care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
• Lead, mentor, and support nurses and CNAs
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with individualized care plans
• Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident care transitions
• Promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Support infection prevention, quality measures, and positive clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN or LPN license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
