Job Overview:
We are seeking positive and experienced coaches to join our Competitive Girls Gymnastics Team. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive environment for athletes to develop and compete their gymnastics skills.
We are hiring Team coaches for the following levels:
Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum
WDP Optionals Levels 6 and up
Duties:
Teach proper techniques, form, and safety procedures
Provide feedback and encouragement to help athletes improve their skills
Assist with setting up equipment and maintaining a clean, safe, & organized gym space
Collaborate with other Team coaches to coordinate rotations, lessons, competitions, & special events
Skills Needed:
Strong knowledge of proper techniques, skills, and routines
Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate proper form and technique
Ability to climb, spot, lift, and move equipment as needed
Prior competitive coaching experience is required
