Job Description
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership, the trading team, financial advisors, and clients. You should be comfortable engaging directly with clients and contributing to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
• Execute portfolio rebalancing and trade implementation
• Collaborate with financial advisors to develop client investment strategies
• Communicate directly with high-net-worth clients regarding trades and portfolio-related questions
• Calculate and report portfolio performance
• Analyze prospective client portfolios and provide recommendations
• Conduct investment research and support strategy development
• Assist the CIO and Investment Team in evaluating new investment opportunities
• Support due diligence on private and alternative investments
• Monitor accounts and alert advisors or clients to cash flow issues, restrictions, or other concerns
Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in finance and investments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required; Master’s preferred
• CFA designation required
• CAIA or CFP certification is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct independent research with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable engaging with advisors and clients
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback
• Positive attitude with a service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Compensation
- $100k base compensation, plus incentive compensation contingent upon portfolio performance
