We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the coordination and resolution of complex, high-impact production issues across our client base.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of Support, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Client teams to drive timely resolution of critical incidents (P1/P2), performance issues, and system instability. You will bring structure to ambiguous technical problems, helping teams align on root cause, next steps, and recovery plans.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (10 years in lieu of degree).
- 8 years of experience in technical project management, production support, or incident management roles.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, and database-driven applications.
- Experience managing complex production incidents involving performance issues, timeouts, or system instability.
- Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and system behavior to guide investigations (application, SQL, infrastructure layers).
- Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional technical teams under high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Agile/Scrum experience in a support or DevOps environment.
Salary : $70 - $80
