What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Requirements Lead position at Elevate Digital?

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10 years in product delivery, business analysis, or requirements leadership, with experience leading engagements at program scale (multi-team, multi-workstream, regulated).
- Experience directly leading a team of Business Analysts or equivalent practitioners - hiring, coaching, performance, and quality oversight; comfortable owning team output as well as personal output.
- Experience on cloud-native rewrites or legacy modernization programs where the running application is the system of record and original documentation is minimal, stale, or absent - extracting specifications from existing behavior rather than authoring from a written source.
- Demonstrated experience authoring or owning specification-driven delivery, feature specs, BDD-style acceptance criteria, or equivalent contract-first artifacts that engineering builds against without iterative re-decomposition.
- Experience supporting AI-accelerated engineering workflows is strongly preferred - spec patterns that feed code generation, prompt corpus collaboration, drift monitoring, and re-open rate metrics.
- Experience in regulated, clinical-safety-class, or compliance-bound software environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, HITRUST, FDA-adjacent, or equivalent).
- Proven track record orchestrating cross-functional SME engagement under time pressure - named SMEs, workshop cadence, decision registers, escalation paths.
- Strong Agile, PDLC and SDLC fluency, with an explicit grasp of where continuous UAT, gate discipline, and application lifecycle management (ALM) traceability fit alongside spec-first models.
