We are seeking a motivated Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. In this Support role, you will work directly with customers representing AT&T services, providing hands-on support with account reviews and helping Customers select and enroll in services that best fit their needs. This position is heavily focused on customer support, AT&T support services, and Sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with customers directly to review AT&T services and provide support for account needs while delivering Sales guidance
- Provide clear information on AT&T products, ensuring ongoing support and helping drive sales opportunities
- Assist customers with upgrades, changes, and enrollment support for AT&T plans
- Complete new customer enrollments, process AT&T service agreements, and ensure quality support during sales transactions
Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a sales environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation for in-person customer interactions
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
