We're looking for an experienced distribution/logistics professional.

What You'll Do:
- Manage operations from incoming shipments to outgoing deliveries
- Drive improvements in process
- Own invoicing accuracy and delivery coordination
- Provide your expertise to manage warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory at all times.
- Be “hands-on”, working with the owner, salespeople, and warehouse team
- Grow your skills in a collaborative environment where your work has a direct impact
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience (5-10 years) in distribution or logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams
- Comfort with logistics/inventory management software (QuickBooks or similar a plus)
- Attention to detail and genuine care about customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A growth mindset and willingness to improve processes

This isn't a big, sprawling warehouse. It's a growing, stable company built on excellent sales knowledge and attention to detail. While this is a “hands-on” position, we will structure it as a hybrid position for the right person.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,500.00 - $81,000.00 per year
