Anticipated End Date: 2026-11-07 Position Title: Finance Intern - Summer 2027 Job Description: Finance Intern – Summer 2027 Location: Indianapolis, IN This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. The Finance Intern is responsible for supporting the company’s strategic financial planning and analysis processes. Finance Interns will receive an orientation to the company and the health benefits industry, be exposed to the practical application of financial planning and analysis and can work with other accounting, finance, actuarial and operational areas within the company. The 2026 Finance Internship program is a 10-week, full-time program running from May 17th, 2027 - July 25th, 2027. How you will make an impact: Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, trend analyses, and expense accruals Create and enter financial journal data Compile and prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports Assist with special projects as needed Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Business-related major at an accredited college or university Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer internship (5/17/27-7/25/27) out of our Indianapolis, IN PulsePoint office Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities through academic, extracurricular, professional, or community experiences. Interest or experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, automation, or productivity. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to manipulate large data sets are preferred. Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral. Interest in the healthcare industry A graduation date of Dec 2027 or May 2028 is preferred, but not required. All graduation dates will be equally considered.
