The HR Solutions Coordinator is responsible for handling transactional work and inquiries within HR operations, focusing on HRIS updates, compliance, benefits, and payroll.

- Processing and adjusting records, balancing activities, maintaining and researching cases in the case management system, supporting system changes, running/analyzing reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Serves as a point of contact for compliance inquiries, escalating as needed.
- Responds to associate and management questions on HR benefits and payroll issues via the HR Solutions Center.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll, tax, benefits, or customer service; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

- Experience with assisting customers via Live Chat is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
