- Fill out audit paperwork completely and turn it in at the end of each shift
- Perform quality checks and measurements throughout production runs
- Check product samples at the start and end of production runs
- Confirm setup steps are done correctly before production starts
- Spot problems, defects, or risks and report them right away
- Tell supervisors immediately if something doesn't meet standards
- Help stop production if needed to prevent bad product from shipping
- Make sure any flagged material is set aside and handled properly
- Help operators with machine setup and general production tasks as needed
- Understanding of manufacturing quality systems and quality control practices
- Knowledge of how to handle non conforming material and corrective actions
- Strong observation, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay objective during checks
- Experience in corrugated packaging manufacturing
- Experience performing quality audits or inspections
