Key Responsibilities:
- Support Palo Alto technologies including Firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, URL Filtering, IoT Security, PRISMA, and related platforms
- Support Cisco technologies including switching, routing (SD-WAN), Cisco ISE/TACACS, DNA Center, Wireless, ACI, and related systems
- Provide medium–high complexity RTB (Run-the-Business) support, maintenance, and incident/service request resolution
- Deliver network solutions for both operational needs and project work
- Participate as a project resource, supporting requirements gathering, solution recommendations, and implementation
- Share knowledge as a subject-matter expert through documentation, mentoring, and collaboration with IT teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with hands-on network support
- Strong understanding of Cisco and Palo Alto network environments
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle time-sensitive tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
