• Background in science, engineering, or data-focused disciplines


• Technical troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support analysis of process and activity capability, including tracking performance, standards, conformity, and compliance


• Collect, analyze, and report attribute and process statistical data in collaboration with project managers


• Work with project administrators to confirm compliance with predefined internal Corning formats


• Document, track, and close deviations, including root cause and corrective action plans


• Capture and publish meeting minutes and action items from run-to-standard governance meetings


• Support document audits, updates, and creation of new quality and process documentation

Requirements:

• 2 years of college education required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred


• Science, engineering, or data-focused education preferred


• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI highly preferred


• Ability to perform manual, non-desk activities such as visiting departments (e.g., shipping) to collect information


• Must be comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple teams
