Must-Have Skills:

• Microsoft Azure Gov Cloud expertise


• Experience with cloud operations, deployments, integrations, and issue resolution


• Experience with Azure Kubernetes, Terraform Enterprise, GitHub, and related tools


• Strong scripting, automation, orchestration, and troubleshooting skills


• Understanding of IaaS, data security standards, identity & access management


• Familiarity with ITIL, ticketing, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in database, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, networking, or server administration


• Experience with data feeds, system messaging, and cloud ecosystem monitoring


• Background supporting cross-functional teams in server, storage, database, and security functions


• Ability to assess vendor alignment and drive innovation in cloud ecosystem


• Experience with disaster recovery and backup standards

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide daily operational support for the Microsoft Azure Gov Cloud ecosystem, including installations, configuration, deployments, integrations, and updates


• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot cloud systems, resolving issues and outages efficiently


• Implement security controls, identity/access management, and threat protection for cloud environments


• Support data integrations and ensure seamless data exchange across systems


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (server, storage, database, security) and participate in project execution


• Drive innovation, cloud adoption, and adherence to best practices in CI/CD, automation, and cloud technology

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or related field


• Proven experience with Azure Gov Cloud operations, scripting, deployment, automation, and monitoring


• Strong communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and customer service mindset


• Experience with troubleshooting, orchestration, integrations, and cloud ecosystem performance


• Ability to work onsite 3 days/week in Oshkosh, WI (hybrid model); relocation assistance available
