Job Description
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.

Job Description
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
- Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
- Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
- Conduct and write initial and reassessments
- Maintain all certifications and licensures
