We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Wellness Membership Advisor to join our team at Elements Massage in South Jordan. This is much more than a front desk position—you're the face of the studio, a trusted wellness resource for our clients, and an important part of a team committed to delivering an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients by understanding their wellness goals and individual needs.
• Make 25 outbound calls each day to follow up with leads, reconnect with clients, and help fill the schedule.
• Educate guests on how to maximize the value of their wellness membership and create a personalized plan that supports their long-term wellness goals.
• Recommend memberships, enhancements, and treatment plans using a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
• Rebook appointments and encourage consistent self-care habits that keep clients engaged in their wellness journey.
• Create memorable experiences that exceed expectations and turn first-time guests into loyal, lifelong members.
• Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals while maintaining a client-first mindset.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment information.
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Open and close the studio as a trusted Key Holder.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing to continuously strengthen your communication and sales skills.

• Excited to become a knowledgeable wellness expert who can confidently educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Sales or outbound calling experience.
• Hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, or customer service experience.
• Experience building client relationships and confidently recommending services that meet individual needs.

Requirements

• Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to reliably commute to our South Jordan studio.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Part-time position with opportunities for additional hours and career advancement.
• Previous sales, spa, wellness, or hospitality experience is a plus—but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people are even more important.
